Working principle:
GPS TK103 tracking unit is a device that uses the Global Positioning System (GPS) to determine the precise location of a vehicle to which it is attached and to record the position of the vehicle at regular intervals. The recorded location data can be stored within the tracking unit, or it can be transmitted to a central location database, or internet-connected computer, using a cellular (GPRS or SMS) or satellite modem embedded in the unit. This allows the vehicles location to be displayed against a map backdrop either in real time or when analyzing the track.
Five tracking solutions:
-Manual tracking
By calling the device, it will return a message back with Latitude and longitude data, you can enter this data on Google map or on our web tracking platform.
-PDA cell phone map tracking
The information that the message contains after you called the device has a map link, use a PDA smart phone you can open this link directly and see the location on your phone.
-Physical address tracking
By sending command "address+password", you will get a SMS return with the real street name like "zhiheng industries park, nantou guankou 2nd Rd, nanshan, shenzhen, guangdong, china."
-Web server online tracking cncoban.en.made-in-china.com
You can add the imei number of the device to the platform and after all the configuration, you can start real time online tracking on the platform.

-Local based service(LBS) tracking
If the tracker cannot establish a solid GPS Fix, it will calculate its location using Cell-ID GSM locating, Location reports will include the GPS coordinates of the last known positions as well as a LAC code, Entering the LAC code to the "Manual Track" menu of web tracking platform cncoban.en.made-in-china.com will enable you to see the tracker's current location. You can also send command "address+password" to the tracker to request exact address, track will automatically switch to tracking by LBS in GPRS mode. Accuracy of LBS depends on the distance to the nearest GSM Network Cell Tower or Base Station.
Note: This feature can be used normally in most areas according to the signal of GSMnetwork. It may not be available in some areas.
